About Me

I am Sarah, a stay at home mom of two wonderful, little boys. In my life before kids I was a fifth grade teacher. I now work with first year teachers, which I love. Creating is one of the ways I stay sane. I become very cranky if I have not stamped or scrapped in a while. Join me on this creative journey.

Color Inspiration #45 AND Mothers & Daughters

I know, I know it has been a while. I was just suffering from a lack of motivation. I found myself unable to do pretty much anything this week. I hope I have snapped out of it. :) For those of you have been following my blog you know I love black and white, so Kristina's color challenge was a perfect one for me to ease back into things. I am also using this card for the challenge over at Mothers & Daughters. You had to make a card with a photo in it. Okay, done. The picture is of Elias in the sled during the snowstorm. I used the dots from the A Good Egg set to make the background. Enjoy and thanks for stopping by.

All supplies SU
Stamp set: A Good Egg

Cardstock: Whisper White, Basic Black
Accessories: Basic Gray ribbon

WOW, I find black, white and gray very pretty but not so easy to work with. Your card is great! I have no doubt that your mom is going to love it.

Sarah - this is so cute - I like black and white as well and I love the picture of Elias (he's adorable). Hope you get your motivation back soon - I seem to be going through the same thing :(
