About Me

My photo
I am Sarah, a stay at home mom of two wonderful, little boys. In my life before kids I was a fifth grade teacher. I now work with first year teachers, which I love. Creating is one of the ways I stay sane. I become very cranky if I have not stamped or scrapped in a while. Join me on this creative journey.

Box in a Bag

The last few days have been crazy. I have been working on a project for work so that has been keeping me very busy. ( I edit curriculum for a text book company) I also have a lot of stampin' projects that need to be done. The bag is one I cased from Diana Gibbs. It is one of the projects we will be doing on Saturday with my stamp group.

All Supplies Stampin' Up

Stamps: Say it With Scallops

Cardstock: Riding Hood Red, Pink Piroutee

Designer Paper: Bella Rose

Inks: Riding Hood Red

Accessories: Riding Hood Red striped ribbon, round tab pounch, scallop square punch, scallop edge punch
I also wanted to show you something else that has been keeping me busy. Elias is walking! You want this day to come, but I have to say I am a little sad that my little guy is getting so big! Does that make sense at all? He is pretty cute though! Thanks for stopping by. Sarah

Great project! Of course it makes sense that you're sad he's getting bigger. I get a lump in my throat when i think about my youngest getting older. It seems like he just started walking and now he's climbing on anything that will get him higher than...well, just higher. 16 months old and next time I look, he'll be 5 years old.

Your little buddy is a real cutie petootie!

Your bag turned out so well. It's gorgeous! Congrats on the walking milestone. I couldn't wait for it to get here with my first, who walked at a year. My 2nd walked at 10 months and was running by 11. Going in two directions was the hardest thing I had to do. He is so cute!
