Anniversary Card and Caardvarks Chocolate Challenge

Next week is my anniversary and John's birthday or as he likes to call it his birthaversary! We are going away for the weekend just the two of us. We like to go to Rehoboth Beach, Delaware which is about 90 minutes from where we live. I am excited to get away for some adult time. I made this card for John and it happens to fit the challenge on the caardvarks site. The challenge was chocolate, okay I can do that. My card uses a 5 1/2 base on Real Red, layered with Chocolate Chip and two pieces of Whisper White. I used a pencil eraser and craft ink to make the polka dots. I colored the strawberries with markers and then "dipped" my chocolate in crystal effects. I layered the real red ribbon (1/4 grosgrain) onto the 5/8 Chocolate Chip Grosgrain. The card maybe a little cliched but after all it is an anniversary card. LOL Thanks for stopping by.
