About Me

My photo
I am Sarah, a stay at home mom of two wonderful, little boys. In my life before kids I was a fifth grade teacher. I now work with first year teachers, which I love. Creating is one of the ways I stay sane. I become very cranky if I have not stamped or scrapped in a while. Join me on this creative journey.

Layers, layers and more layers

I continue to play with my Hero Arts Stamps. I wandered over to their site and saw they were having a challenge where you had to use layers. Not a problem. I started with a piece of Kraft cardstock and layered it with Bravo Burgundy. I then added vellum that had the saying printed on it. I stamped the birdhouses in all the colors from Rich Regals on a piece of Confetti White and layered that onto Always Artichoke. I then embellished with little brads. The problem is it is hard to photograph cards with vellum (for me anyway) I don't usually use my flash but for this one I did. Enjoy and thanks for stopping by.
