Whimsy Guest Designer

Denise the owner of Whimsy stamps is having a guest designer call, you have until the 26th to make a card using this sketch and an animal. You can check out the details here. I wanted to use the greens and red without it looking Christmasy. I started with a Whisper White background and layered it with Garden Green. The designer paper is from Paper Source. The stamp set is Hero Arts. I found in my stash the heart eyelets. I also used Certainly Celery and Real Red. (I think I am right about the colors, I am in the process of making my charts) Here's the thing I don't know how to use a sewing machine. I am so loving all of the stitching I have been seeing lately. I even checked out the Jansome Mini sewing machine, but the problem still remains that I can't sew. So, I decided to try some faux stitching. I LIKE IT! Enjoy and thanks for stopping by.

Sarah, very unique card, it's hard keeping up with challenges. I'm always trying to decide which one's to do. Great job!
