Happy Wednesday! Okay so I am a bit obsessed with the top note. I have two more projects to share with it. Bear with me....this to shall pass :) I wanted to make a bright, cheerful card for my college friend who shares my birthday. We are doing lunch on Friday so I wanted to make a card to bring. I remember celebrating our 21st birthdays together, something to do with 21 shots and 21 kisses. But I digress. Onto the card. I did a little sponging, a little paper piercing, a little 3-D action.
