About Me

My photo
I am Sarah, a stay at home mom of two wonderful, little boys. In my life before kids I was a fifth grade teacher. I now work with first year teachers, which I love. Creating is one of the ways I stay sane. I become very cranky if I have not stamped or scrapped in a while. Join me on this creative journey.

The Pink Elephant Challenge

Okay, I know what you are thinking, it is interesting (maybe) What's the verdict? You like, you don't like. Come on I can take it. :) I wanted something bold and a little fancy. That's it, that's all I have to say about this card. I will say that I am in a mood. Do you ever have those days when going back to work full time (in the circus even) might be better than this. I know staying home with my boys is the best thing for them but I am having a rough go at it lately. Sometimes the other mothers aren't so nice. Big Sigh. Feel free to weigh in on this. I know, I know this too shall pass. Enjoy and thanks for stopping by.

We all have those days, don't feel bad. And if staying at home is not what is best for you then it may not be what is best for the boys either. Most likley it's just the weather, we are all getting spring/ cabin fever. The card is neat but what would you use it for? A birthday or a wedding? What are those little crystal things, I like them!
Take it easy,
Heather

Love how you have put the real crystals on the chandelier. I have been looking at this download and trying to resist buying but for how long I don't know.

Don't let the other mums get you down. I don't know what they are doing but shame on them.

Take care.

well I think it looks FAB...Im a SAHM as well and it can get you down at times with no "adult conversations" don't know your "mum sitauation" but when we first moved here I went to a local playgroup to meet some mums and make friends for dd and they were a right group of witches..I moved on and found another group of girls who are all lovely..maybe you could take your kids to some kind of group, social interaction for them..and more imporatantly..you...chin up :0)

The card made me smile! Remember we love you! (I think there is something wrong if you are staying home and don't feel a little crazy sometimes.)

I thought I had left a comment on this already but apparently I didn't hit publish. I absolutely love this card. The colors are fantastic and I think the crystal beads are a fun, perfect touch. Hope things are going better at home. I have a ton of admiration for you for staying home with your family. I can imagine it can get rough sometimes and I've heard how other moms can get. But hopefully they will get better and you can more completely enjoy the time you are having with your boys. Hugs, Jennifer
