The Shabby Tea Room

Okay, so let's begin with the fact that I have never been the sharpest tool in the shed :) but I do okay. With this said I feel like quite the bonehead, the other day I found a cool new site called The Shabby Tea Room. Just look at the beautiful picture they had for inspiration. It just spoke to me, so I sat down and made the card above this. Well I then went back and looked at some of the other projects being made and I found a trend, they all used the same colors. Yup, it says right at the beginning to use the colors red, pink, green, brown and creme. BONEHEAD! So I decided to make a Passover card. I used a sketch a saw on Niki Estes blog a while back. It pays to read the directions, oh well. :) Enjoy and thanks for stopping by.

The buttons are so adorable on your card! And you did great, even without "reading the directions"! Thanks for playing along with us at The Shabby Tea Room.

Oh I have done that more than once, do a challenge card and then not see or remember to do one of the major elements, so you are not alone! Great card though!
