About Me

I am Sarah, a stay at home mom of two wonderful, little boys. In my life before kids I was a fifth grade teacher. I now work with first year teachers, which I love. Creating is one of the ways I stay sane. I become very cranky if I have not stamped or scrapped in a while. Join me on this creative journey.

Ella's Pink Scrapbook Challenge #12

Are you ready for a theme plus a sketch challenge. Today over at The Pink Elephant the challenge is to scrap vacation photos using the above sketch. I had to ponder this one for a while because I knew I wanted to use these three photos but I wasn't sure how to make it work with the sketch. What do you think? I wanted to tell you an easy way to make a scallop border with circles. I find sometimes when I adhere the the circles to the back of the designer paper they become uneven. This is my solution, I punched 1 inch circles and then I used my Scor Pal to score each circle in half. When I went to adhere the circles I just made sure I did it on the score line. I had a perfect even border. Make sure you check out the rest of the design team's work over at TPE. Enjoy and thanks for stopping by.
