About Me

My photo
I am Sarah, a stay at home mom of two wonderful, little boys. In my life before kids I was a fifth grade teacher. I now work with first year teachers, which I love. Creating is one of the ways I stay sane. I become very cranky if I have not stamped or scrapped in a while. Join me on this creative journey.

Stamp Something

The challenge over at Stamp Something was to stamp simply, you could not use any layers on your card. I didn't realize how addicted I am to paper until I did this challenge. I started with a 5 1/2 Whisper White and I used my 1 3/8 square punch as a template, I traced the square and I used my blade to cut the three sides. I stamped the three animals on the inside and then used my dot stamp for the background. I actually like how it came out. It would be good for a child's birthday. Of course when Reid saw it he wanted to give it to John for his birthday.
All Supplies Stampin' Up
Stamps: Zoofari, Hugs & Wishes, random circle stamp from a retired set
Cardstock: Whisper White
Ink: Creamy Carmel, Cameo Coral and my Stampin' Write markers
Accessories: Square punch

I am leaving you with a picture of the boys outside playing. I guess I better get use to candids, I can never get them both to smile and look at me at the same time.
