About Me

My photo
I am Sarah, a stay at home mom of two wonderful, little boys. In my life before kids I was a fifth grade teacher. I now work with first year teachers, which I love. Creating is one of the ways I stay sane. I become very cranky if I have not stamped or scrapped in a while. Join me on this creative journey.

The Eighth Day at Paper Craft Planet

I have to say that I crack myself up. The whole time I was making this card I was laughing. I am not sure why but it just strikes me as funny. (it doesn't take much) Anyway the challenge for today was 8 maids are milking, well I didn't have any maids so I went with the cow part. For someone who doesn't even celebrate Christmas I sure am having fun making holiday cards. I started off with Kraft paper and layered it with a piece of red from 7 gypsies. I stamped the hat first and then masked it so I could stamp the cow. I used Fine Cosmo glitter for the hat and some cotton for the rims. I then tied some gold cord around the side of the card and stamped the sentiment. All supplies are Stampin' Up except the red paper. :) Enjoy and thanks for stopping by. I hope I can put a smile on your face.

I was laughing the whole time I was reading your post so I guess I'm as goofy as you! Too funny! I love your card. If you're this good at making x-mas cards, I can't WAIT for Hannukah!!! LOL!
