Finally a card. I apologize for the photo, I had to take it on the floor in my bedroom because my workspace is a total mess. I saw a similar card to this on Splitcoast but she (and I am sorry I didn't write down her name) used a frog. Anyway, I wanted an easy kid friendly Valentine. I have some beginner stampers coming to the Open House and I wanted to show them how simple can be super cute. I started with a Whisper White card. I used my 1 3/8 square punch to punch the square. I adhered a square to a piece of Real Red and then cut a border around it, I then punched out the inside so I could have just the red to surround the window. I stamped using the heart from Happy Heart Day in Real Red. I stamped the elephant and colored him with my watercolor pencils and then cut him out. I even colored his backside. :) I used my razor to cut out his arm so I could hang him out the window. I adhered him to the inside of the card. I then stamped the sentiment to the inside and used my new three heart punch to make the hearts on the inside. So what do think, easy or what? I will be back tomorrow with a cute Valentine box. Enjoy and thanks for stopping by.
