I am Sarah, a stay at home mom of two wonderful, little boys. In my life before kids I was a fifth grade teacher. I now work with first year teachers, which I love. Kreative Ladyblog's Challenge

I know I promised Teacher Appreciation creations today and I will deliver but not just yet. :) You are going to laugh at my reason, one of the things I made is to hold chocolate and I didn't want to add the chocolate until after I got weighed tonight just in case I was tempted to sample a few. LOL I know I am crazy. I also didn't realize that I had been missing last week until my friend Heather pointed it out ( Hi Heather) Everything is fine I was just so busy making things so I didn't have time to post. Enough of my dribble, on to my card. My blogging group the Kreative Ladyblogs issued a challenge this month, Julie was in charge and she wanted us to make a pink and black birthday card. Perfect for me since I am on a pink and black kick. :) You have not seen the last of this paper, there is a whole lot more coming. I used my Sizzlits die for the cupcake and also my crimper for the cupcake wrapper. I actually stitched on the white card stock. This is big time here, ladies. All supplies are SU except the designer paper which is Making Memories.

Hey Sarah: I am so glad I am not the only one who would do that. When I was in WW years ago, I would hold off on having something I really wanted until I weighed in. I can't wait to see what you did for the teachers.

This is a great card and that was a fun challenge Julie gave us - I'm going to try and work on it this week.

I am sorry I haven't been by in a while, I am still trying to get over this bug I have had for a while but I'm going back to the doctor this week to find out why I'm not feeling better.

I hope you and your family are doing well. Talk to you soon.

Pink and black always go so well together and I love the buttons idea along the bottom. I am sorry I cant join in the challenges at this stage - hopefully when life gets in the slow lane again though!
